An early visit from Santa

Agway, an established garden center in town that also sells pet food and supplies as well as other products, is looking to expand its facility on South Street, by replacing its outdoor plant storage area with a greenhouse.
The Bethel community is known for helping people, and while its compassion and generosity continue to be exemplary, the profile of those who need assistance has changed somewhat this year.
Brandon Kaufman, the newest officer in the Bethel Police Department, said that he enjoys doing law enforcement in a suburban town near where he grew up.
